Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order at any time, including where a product is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
All prices are shown in USD and exclude shipping unless stated. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
5. Subscriptions and recurring refills
This section applies only if you choose a refill plan at checkout.

6. Shipping and risk of loss
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns
Returns and our 60-Night Home Trial are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Intended use and medical disclaimer
SinusLab is a nasal irrigation device intended for routine nasal and sinus hygiene. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on our website or in our marketing is medical advice. Please read our Medical Disclaimer and the instructions supplied with the product before first use.
9. Product warranty
We warrant that the device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for [12] months from delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, use of water that does not meet the instructions, or normal wear of consumable parts such as tips and sachets. Your sole remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the device, at our option.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
